Teens & Adolescents (ages 13–17)
Working with teens has been the heart of my career. For over 25 years I've worked with adolescents as a therapist, a sports coach and a high school counselor. That experience helps me connect with teens, find the root of what's going on, and build a plan that leads to real progress.
I help teens with anxiety, depression, school issues, self-esteem, anger and coping with stress. Parents are part of the process: we'll agree on goals together, and I'll check in with you while protecting the trust your teen needs to open up.
Parental consent: a parent or legal guardian must give consent before a minor begins therapy.
Who I work with
Teens (13–17) and adults (18–64). Most sessions are virtual (telehealth) across Arizona and Nevada. In-person sessions at my Tucson office are available by arrangement. For virtual sessions, you must be physically located in Arizona or Nevada at the time of each session.
